All Shook Up Bios...

If you haven't submitted your bio already, please look at the bottom of the blog page, below the calendar.  There is a form.  Simply fill in your information and it will send it directly to me.  No e-mailing or anything.

AND...it looks like you can go back and make changes if you need to.

One tip: It doesn't give you a very big window for entering the main body of your (third person, less than 150 words) information, so you may want to type this up somewhere else, then copy/paste it into the field.  I tried that earlier and it worked perfectly.

One more thing...

I have some more information about the calendar.  

Next week (June 3 - June 7) will be choreography week.  Monique is going over the songs to see who needs to be there and when.  I will post that on here as soon as I know.

Then, the following week (June 9 - June 14), will be music week.  The music week begins with a Sunday rehearsal and goes through to that Friday.  Olivia is currently looking over the music to see which songs will be practiced which nights and if there are times when you aren't needed for music, you may be called for choreography.  If you aren't called for either, you have a free night.  Use it wisely.  Learn your lines, songs, dances, etc...  

After the next two weeks we begin putting everything together.  Tonight and the rest of the week (and the rest of the rehearsal time), please, everyone have pencils, paper and/or scripts and make sure you are taking LOTS of notes.  The master script will be at the theatre and my script has the blocking in it as well.  If you miss something during rehearsal or you aren't there one night, it is YOUR responsibility to check the master (or my) script to be sure you know where to be and when.

First, I didn't say it yesterday, but thank you to those who came to work call.  It didn't go as hoped.  We have a plan now, so this next work call should be much better.  

Remember that tonight we finish blocking, there is NO rehearsal on Wednesday and then (starting Thursday) The Ensemble doesn't have to be back again until Saturday for Work Call or Monday.

Work Call...

This Saturday is our first work call.  If you are in town and available, please stop by and help.  There is a lot to do.  The hours are from 10 am. until 4 (or sooner) pm.
